Shipping & Returns
Dispatch
Orders are prepared in the order received once enquiry details and quantities are confirmed. Dispatch confirmation and tracking details, where available, are sent to the email address supplied with the enquiry.
Packaging
Products are packaged discreetly and protected for transit. Where a product has specific handling or storage requirements, those requirements are stated in the documentation supplied with the product.
Delivery
Delivery timescales vary by destination and carrier. Customers are responsible for ensuring that receipt and use of research compounds is permitted in their jurisdiction and by their institution, including any import requirements, duties or taxes.
Returns
Because research compounds are sensitive to handling and storage conditions, products cannot be returned once the packaging has been opened. If a product arrives damaged, or the item received does not match the item confirmed, contact RO PEPTIDES within 7 days of delivery with your order reference and photographs of the packaging and product.
Resolution
Verified damage or fulfilment errors are resolved by replacement or refund of the affected item. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
